The Biggest Loser Contest

Tonight we will starting the Biggest Loser Contest in Rockville.
You may choose not to participant, it's just for fun.
The contest will run for 6 weeks and will end the week of June 7th.

We will have lots of weight loss tips along the way and I will challenge you to exercise 3 to 4 days a week... Zumba, walking, jogging, tennis, curves, kickboxing, videos or anyway you can fit exercise in.

We will weigh in every other week, whoever losses the most weight that week will win a zumba prize. The person who loses the most weight in 6 weeks will earn a punch card.

Start working today on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes. I'm working on this too.
